What data we process
This website has no forms and does not use cookies. If you email us, we will process the details you provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. The server also records technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, date and requested page.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the details in your message to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for the periods required by law. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use service providers that act as data processors: Akamai Technologies (Linode), which hosts the website on servers in Madrid, and Migadu, an email provider based in Switzerland, a country covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. If a provider accesses data from outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation apply.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by emailing info@kernios.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
